Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Dazegxd is a producer & DJ currently spearheading the DIY dance movement of NYC. While closely associated with the jungle revival of the 2020s, Dazegxd is a ‘genre-agnostic’ act, capable of molding a wild blend of influences into a captivating and unique live experience. Dazegxd’s discography has been shaped by the rave music of the early 00s and video games as well as his Jamaican and Ghanaian heritage, and neighborhood of Canarsie, Brooklyn. He intertwines different elements of hardcore, acid, jungle, trap, rap, house, techno + more to create illimitable sounds.
